Refund Policy
If the return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued through a gift card.
- Email us your Return Request with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, email used at time of purchase, as well as the reason for your return.
- Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 business days from the date your order was delivered.
- If after 14 business we have not received the delivery with your item(s) or we have not been notified with the official tracking number, we have the right to refuse delivery and/or not accept the return of the item(s).
- We offer store credit for eligible items within 14 days for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, free of perfume/fragrance, free of pet hair and with all original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns should the item(s) show signs of wear, stained/soiled, missing tags, laundered, damaged or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains, makeup & removed/tampered with liners.
- If your item(s) are not eligible you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you.
- Shipping charges are not applicable for store credit.
- We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
Please note if Rock’n Waves receives a non Rock’n Waves item(s) with your return, we are not responsible for cost of return label.
Please allow approximately 1 week for our staff to confirm your items meets our return qualifications. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed to the email used to make your purchase (be sure to check your spam folder).
Do NOT send blind return packages without contacting us first. We will send all blind packages back to sender automatically. If we receive blind return packages, we will automatically send back to sender.
